Felicia started the Creative Healthcare Concepts – Inpatient Boot Camp in 2018, where she is training HIM professionals in the foundations and nuances of Inpatient coding and preparing them for certification.

Felicia has an Associate Degree in Health Information Technology. A Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), and Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), as well as an Approved ICD-10 CM and PCS Trainer / Ambassador from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), a certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) and Certified Professional Coder – Instructor (CPC-I) from the Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as well as a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) from the Association of Clinical Documentation Specialist (ACDIS)

She is currently working in Audit and Compliance and truly believe that you need to audit thru the lens of education. She is able to bring real world experiences into her classes.
